Integrated Campaign Concept & Graphic Design
The Challenge ExecuTeam and Team1Medical, a division of ExecuTeam Staffing, came to me sharing a recent achievement they received and were very proud of, The Best of Staffing Award 2016. They knew they needed some way of telling their current ad potential client base, but were not exactly sure how. The Suggestion After further discussion and thought, I suggested that if this was as influential an award as it seemed, perhaps we try an integrated campaign using a single theme, repurposing the content for multiple outlets. Already familiar with the type of campaign structure ExecuTeam and Team1Medical have used yearly, I suggested we make this similar, yet faster and more compact with communication. The Solution - We identified a new theme to promote the best of staffing award for both Team1Medical and ExecuTeam - Applied that theme to new banners for Facebook, career builder, and LinkedIn, simultaneously sending out communication via email and postcards via snail mail, all pointing back to an infographic landing page on the respective blogs which linked back to bestofstaffing.com and a way to get in touch with Team1Medical and ExecuTeam.
